Not a big fan of black and white but the last 2 look good

Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure the final logo will be in B&W, but the designer thinks all logos should work in B&W.

The second from the bottom, I'd say
OK, I think we've settled on a design. Next, we'll test colors.
I'm looking forward to showing you guys the first two logos these guys did, but that will have to wait until the respective sites launch.
If you're still taking suggestions, I can give my thoughts. I like a logo that can easily be put in a compact package. Logos that are too wide/large can't be used in as many ways and can end up limiting your designs later on. I would go with one of the bottom two because the full logo is great when you're putting it across as a banner, but if you need to shorten the logo just drop the slogan.
