Logotherapy

My design firm is going to start with this bit of chicken scratch from me and turn it into a professional logo.

I too believe in making the hired help work very hard to earn their keep.

I've found I get better results when I kick things off at the concept level and let them refine it. It's still hard work for them, but starting with a blank piece of paper would probably be harder.

OT: I had an idea for an info product earlier this week. Nothing radically original, but it's a no-B.S. idea. I'll run it by you via e-mail later today and you can run with it if you want.

I agree, provided the specialist is as talented as they should be. Not all are though, so I've found.

Cool, I'm working on a no B.S., quality info product now also. It is quite a project for me, someone who flakes out a lot and skittishly hops from one idea to the next. I've determined that is my entreprenurial achilles heel - I have not had that "labor of love" business that I hover over constantly until fruition. Just a bunch of ideas I think are neat until I get bored of them. So I might end up hiring some help on Elance to make sure this one gets completed and is consistently at a high quality. I'll tell you more about it when I respond to your email.

Heh, if people really did like this sort of chicken scratch for logos I could make a fortune selling them. I have a knack for chicken scratch.
