Sure, I understand that. He obviously know the business(es) well enough. I just look at YOO's income statements and balance sheet and don't see how they are going to have any cash after the end of this year. They're on a run rate to burn through basically all their cash left by year end. They only have a couple hundred thousand dollars in revenue per quarter, and where are they going to get the money to continue operating (not to mention financing the patent suit they filed in Wisconsin).
OK, just got off the phone with Fred Vandenberg at DSNY. This fellow Ernst's employment with DSNY ended last fall, but other than that, as I expected, Vandenberg didn't have any comment on the circumstances of the end of Ernst's employment with DSNY. Vandenberg was unconcerned by Yangaroo's hiring of Ernst though.
